Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my USPS tracking number?

It is printed on your booking receipt or shipping label, and is usually included in the order confirmation email or SMS from the seller.

Why isn't my USPS tracking updating?

New shipments often take 24โ€“48 hours to show their first scan, and parcels can go without scans while travelling between hubs. If nothing changes for several days, contact USPS directly.

Is this the official USPS website?

No. This is an independent tracking portal. We send you to USPS's official website, and the tracking information comes from USPS.
