Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my FedEx Express tracking number?
It is printed on your booking receipt or shipping label, and is usually included in the order confirmation email or SMS from the seller.
Why isn't my FedEx Express tracking updating?
New shipments often take 24โ48 hours to show their first scan, and parcels can go without scans while travelling between hubs. If nothing changes for several days, contact FedEx Express directly.
Is this the official FedEx Express website?
No. This is an independent tracking portal. We send you to FedEx Express's official website, and the tracking information comes from FedEx Express.
